Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Big Moods home decor, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. All returned products must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and attach it to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Carefully pack your home goods in their original box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
